The need to assist, in other than the official information like train timings, etc. is a long thought plan to share your genuine grievances with the public and the dept. in a friendly manner. It is not going to be definitely anti- govt. but travellers friendly especially to the ordinary and senior citizens. Of course being a dependant of a retd. railway officer, the focus will not be only on the retd. staff both non gazetted and gazetted but also the serving staff, who face lot of issues in their day to day working. Also, special emphasis on the women of serving as well as retired staff will be given top priority with whatever schemes or projects we could able to develop for their personal satisfaction and the most, their independence. The success lies not with us but with you. Let us work together.

To empower every Indian railway passenger, with special dedication to senior citizens, not the least the serving staff both non gazetted and gazetted ,by providing an accessible, intuitive, and compassionate digital platform. Strive and ensure a dignified career progression to the staff without violation of rules and regulations. It will not be anti-govt but rule friendly both to the railway staff and the ordinary users. Special attention to the home makers for both the serving and retd. officers in an open and transparent manner, to ensure financial independence and extend emotional support.
MISSION
To actively assist ordinary passengers and senior citizens by providing a dedicated, user-friendly platform for genuine grievance redressal support, take care of it , follow it up , find solutions , without violating dept. laid rules and regulations. It will be customer friendly for both the travellers and the dept. Not the least, find solutions for the serving staff, irrespective of their position, find ways to bring them up in their career , by legal means. So also, moral, emotional support to the women who are dependant of both serving and retd. staff by devising ways and means to enhance their financial independence who happens to be purely home makers.
